Absolutely lovely. It's a tiny home but feels spacious, every detail in the place is thoughtful. And the mini island is so cool. Saw large birds almost every day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shellmate island. The tiny house is super functional and spacious while built and decorated with lots of love to detail. We also enjoyed the surroundings from playing in the grass area to hanging out in the hammocks and making s'mores in the fire pit. Tim was super quick to respond to our request to rent the kayak so we were able to kayak on the lake around the island and the bird sanctuary. Location is great, 15 minutes to Siesta Key beach, 20 min to Myakka River State Park, 30 min to Lido Key beach. 100% recommended!
