Shellmate Island is an octagonal 320 ft² tiny home on a private 1.5-acre island property in Sarasota, about 3 minutes from Siesta Key Beach. It is built for couples and small families who want quiet, nature and the beach without staying in a crowded beach resort: fruit trees and butterfly gardens outside, lake access, and free bikes and kayaks waiting when you arrive. It shares the island with Tiffany The Tiny Home, so groups can book both.
