Booking direct avoids Airbnb’s platform fees, and the cleaning fee at the Sarasota tiny homes is lower when you book direct ($54 direct vs. $63 on Airbnb). Checkout is handled through our secure booking system, and you message us (the hosts) directly. See how booking direct saves you money.

Pick your dates on any property page and the live price appears before you book. Rates change by season: holidays and the winter high season cost more, and weekly and monthly stays are discounted. Booking direct avoids Airbnb’s platform fees.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and checkout is at 11:00 AM. Check-in is self-service: every door has a keypad, so there are no keys to pick up.

Direct bookings get a full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking, and a 50% refund if cancelled at least 60 days before check-in. Bookings made on Airbnb follow the policy shown on Airbnb.

Both tiny homes sit on Shellmate Island, a private, tree-enclosed property in Sarasota about 3 minutes from Siesta Key Beach. Downtown Sarasota is about 7 minutes away, and Myakka River State Park is about 12 minutes in the other direction. It feels secluded, but it is in a safe residential neighborhood.

Yes. Tiffany The Tiny Home and the Shellmate Island tiny home share the same property, so families and friend groups often book both for the same dates. Message us and we will help line up the calendars.

Tiffany uses a Nature’s Head composting toilet: an odor-free, off-grid toilet that does not use a sewer line. It works like a high-end campsite toilet. The Shellmate Island tiny home has a septic system instead, so only toilet paper should be flushed there.

Yes, at no extra charge. Both Sarasota tiny homes come with free bikes, kayaks and beach gear, plus a fire pit, BBQ grill and hammocks.

Grove Studio One and Grove Studio Two are about 5 minutes from the St. Pete Pier, Vinoy Park and the Dalí Museum, with plenty of bike paths nearby. Both have onsite and street parking. See our St. Pete rentals.

No, pets are not allowed at any of our properties. Smoking and events are also not permitted.

Yes, children and infants are welcome. The tiny homes have kids’ toys and plenty of kitchen utensils, and the property is a safe place to walk and bike.

Yes. Each kitchen has pots and pans, dishes and silverware, cooking basics (oil, salt and pepper), a coffee maker, a microwave and a refrigerator.

Yes. Bed linens and towels are provided, and every property has WiFi, a smart TV with Netflix and a laptop-friendly workspace. The goal is that you do not need to pack anything but clothes.

Yes, parking is free. There is plenty of onsite parking at Shellmate Island, and the St. Pete studios have onsite and street parking.
