There is plenty of parking on sight for Shellmate Island

There is onsite and street parking available for the St Petersburg units as well!

Shellmate Island is very private! Both of the tiny houses on the island are in a safe residential neighborhood but enclosed by vegetation acting as a privacy fence!

The composite toilet in Tiffany the tiny home is an off grid sewer system. Its basically an extremely fancy (and not smelly) toilet you would find at a campsite.

We use Nature Heads Composting toilet which is the highest quality of composting toilets’ out on the market. Google them to see their awesome reviews and see why we choose them based on that!

At this time we do not allow pets

The best part about Shellmate Island is that it feels like your away from everything but in reality there’s so much to do around. 3 miles from Siesta Key which was rated #1 in the USA, 10 mins from downtown Sarasota and another 10 mins Myakka State Park!

In St Pete, we are a mile from the Pier and all the great attractions downtown St Petersburg has to offer! Even close to many many bike paths!

Yes full set of pots and pans! As well as plenty of kitchen utensils.

All our doors have keypads so you do not have to worry about keys!
